Last month after a nearly 2 year long hiatus from Best of The West, former BoTW Tag Team Champion The Superbeast made an unexpected and unannounced return to Best of The West. On Aug 17th, this time we know that Superbeast will be in the building, what we dont know is what poor soul he will be facing. Who will be the next victim of the Superbeast

On Aug 17th a man whose name has become synonymous with Fresno Pro Wrestling over the last 5 years returns to Best of the West as JR Kratos makes his first appearance in the BoTW Studio. He will be facing a man who over the last few years has become one of Fresnos favorite up and comers, having battles with veterans like Tyler Bateman and Wise Guy, Eriks has proven he can go toe to toe some of the best wrestlers in the state today. He has never faced a man with the power and strength of JR Kratos but he has become accustomed too, and even thrived as the underdog. On Aug 17th, he will attempt to conquer the giant as JR Kratos returns to BoTW!!

Last month after months of stating his desire to manage a talent at BoTW, head commentator AJ Kirsch finally got his wish as AGB selected AJs long time nemesis Steven Tresario to be managed by AJ much to the frustration of both men. Later that night ,A dissagreement on in-ring ethics led to Tresarios defeat in his first Heavyweight Title opportunity. Since then AJ has demanded to AGB that Tresario be given another shot, and another chance for both of them to be on the same page. On Aug 17th, AGB will give Tresario a shot to get back into the championship title picture but only if he can get through the debuting Will Hobbs. Hobbs is looking to impress in his debut at BoTW and a win over Tresario would be a great start. Who will come out on top Aug 17th?

The next match announced for Aug 17th has been a match brewing for months. Ever since Johnny Butabi revealed his new attitude and alliance with AGB back in Merced in May, He has been on a path of destruction through BoTW Fresno even without yet having one official match in the BoTW Studio. That changes Aug 17th when after months of attacks on Mike Rayne and BoTW Heavyweight Champion Funnybone, Johnny steps into the ring vs Mike Rayne in a one on one contest. AGB has already stipulated that if Butabi is Victorious he will leapfrog the other other top contenders Dutra and Wise Guy and will receive a Heavyweight Title Shot. On the flip side, Rayne has made his intentions known to get his hands on AGB should be get by his right hand man Butabi. This one is sure to be brutal.

The first match announced is a rematch from our Best of The West vs East Bay event. At his very first appearance with BoTW, Big Juicy won over the fresno fans in a very big way. August 17th he returns looking to avenge his questional DQ loss to Atticus Lynch, who is also looking for revenge after being being on the receiving end of a giant frog splash at the end of the night.
